"I needed to have my existing kitchen upgraded with new counters and cabinets replaced. Architrave Interiors advised me on all my counter top choices and directed me to the materials that would be best for my kitchen design. I have a very modern and contemporary home and I wanted to make sure the new materials were consistent with the existing style.
This was a difficult project because we had issues with the counter that had originally been installed in the home and we wanted to make sure that the new counter that Architrave installed would not crack or chip and would work stylistically. We chose European cabinetry that took several months to be manufactured. Architrave delivered on all fronts. They were friendly, helpful and stayed with us throughout the project making sure that every aspect was to our specifications. We were delighted with the results. They made our kitchen better than we could have imagined. I strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to remodel their kitchen or install a new one. They really deliver!"

"Amy came up with the perfect layout that seems obvious to me now, but nobody else thought of it...Once I approved it, we went shopping for tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and counter top material. Never did I feel rushed to make a decision. In fact, Amy would always want me to take my time about decisions. It was important for her to see how things looked in my bathroom as colors could look different in different light. She will pay attention to the tiniest details like the location of light switches and towel rods, width of slab edges, tile patterns, and proper paint colors. Contractors like her detailed approach because it avoids any ambiguities. Suffice it to say, I simply cannot fathom how I could have properly done my master bath remodel without Amy Rothman."

"I hired Architrave Interiors to remodel my kitchen and three baths based upon referrals from several people. Amy and Anna, designers at Architrave, presented me with numerous floor plans for my kitchen. We chose a design that was considerably different than my previous kitchen layout, and maximized my counter space and storage. Amy and Anna helped me through all aspects of the remodeling process. They went shopping with me for granite, tile, lighting fixtures, material for a fireplace surround, wood flooring, appliances and plumbing fixtures. I purchased my cabinetry from Architrave for a considerable discount (I checked around). Anna and Amy helped me with all of the details including towel bars, paint color and even helped me decide where to hang my art collection on the walls after the remodel was completed.
The remodel went very well, and was completed faster than I anticipated. Amy and Anna were extremely professional throughout, and were very accessible. They came by my house several times a week to check on the progress of the project, and were in constant contact with my contractor. They did a fantastic job and I am thrilled with the results. I would definitely work with them again, and I have recommended Architrave to all of my friends."

"Amy designed the plan and helped in every phase of the complete remodel of our 75 year old bathroom. The contractor began by stripping the walls down to the studs and we went from there. We were able to install separate new shower and bath where the old ones had been so we didn't have to have a combination bath/tub. Amy helped me select everything we used--- the custom-built solid maple vanity, the Caesarstone countertop, the bathtub and faucets, the Italian ceramic floor tile, the shower and wall tile. She even met me at Koontz hardware to find just the right hardware for the cabinet. She is very knowledgable about materials, and her attention to detail was impressive. She's easy to work with and never tries to impose her own ideas. "

"Amy and her assistant, Anna, designed our kitchen and adjacent bathroom and den area. They helped us choose everything including cabinets, appliances, tiles for the floor, back splash, granite, color scheme and all the details down to the handles and paint finishes. They recommended places to purchase everything from the granite to the appliances. They stayed with the project from the very beginning to the very end, down to the very last detail.
From the moment my husband and I met Amy and Anna we knew it was going to be an enjoyable experience. They both are pleasant, patient and most importantly, professional. They were always honest in their recommendations of people and products. Most importantly they respected our budget and worked diligently to stay within it and their personal designer fee was included in the price of the cabinets! As designers they have impeccable taste but always made sure they included our suggestions and wishes and designed within our style, which happens to be contemporary. There is always stress with any major construction. However, whenever we had a problem with any aspect of the process, we could call them and they would patiently calm us down and advise us how to handle it. Our kitchen, den and bathroom came out stunning and people comment all the time how beautifully designed it is."
