We offer cutting edge kitchen and bath design services for timeshare hotels and other hospitality projects.

We are a Hilton "Preferred Provider" and have worked with Hilton Grand Vacation Club (HGVC) on projects in Orlando, Las Vegas, and Hawaii. These include a six floor conversion of The Kalia Tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, Tuscany Village in Orlando, The HGVC Las Vegas on the Strip and The Bay Club Waikoloa Beach Resort.  We have also provided design services and supplied cabinetry for Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club.

On each project we work with the architects, interior designers, and project managers to help produce spaces with outstanding function and visual impact while keeping costs as low as possible.

Our services include space planning and/or fine-tuning of room unit kitchens and baths, assistance with decorative detailing, and supply of cabinetry and hardware. We generate shop drawings, provide guidance on specification of appliances, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, counters, flooring and other hard materials, coordinate the ordering and delivery of cabinetry,  interact with the on-site crew, and proactively anticipate and solve any problems that might occur on site.  Our industry experience with large projects, coupled with our keen understanding of business imperatives and our superior design skills, ensure smooth execution and completion of hospitality projects.
